Clifford Boand, Secretary Mr. Boand is a retired electrician from Saturn and has lived in the area for 20 years. He brings his experience from serving on the Maury County Arts Guild Board of Directors as well as his acting experience for 10 years. This is his first term as secretary.
Tammy Pierchoski, President Ms. Pierchoski has lived in Giles County since July 1990. She is married to Mr. Stan Pierchoski and together they raise and home-school their three children. She has been a dance instructor for 14 years with the Art of Dance. Ms. Pierchoski has been affiliated with the STAAR organization for seven years. She originally joined as a performer and is now serving her second term of a three-year presidency as president and fifth term on the performing arts committee. Stanley K. Pierchoski, Treasurer Mr. Pierchoski has lived in Giles County since July 1990. He is a practicing attorney who owns and operates the Pierchoski Law Firm with offices on the square in both Pulaski and Lawrenceburg. Mr. Pierchoski has been affiliated with the STAAR organization for seven years. He originally joined as a performer and is now serving his third term as treasurer and legal counsel. Mr. Pierchoski is also currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of America in Pulaski, Tennessee. Patricia Brown, Vice President Ms. Brown came to the area in 2007 from Huntsville, AL where she worked with a local fine arts program teaching voice lessons. She holds a BA in Music and is Level III certified in the Somatic Voiceworks Lovetri Method. She is serving her first term of a three-year presidency as vice-president. Danny Arnold, CEO Mr. Arnold has lived in Giles County since 1991. He has been a marketing associate for Robert Orr SYSCO for 14 years. Mr. Arnold has been affiliated with the STAAR organization for six years. He originally joined as a performer and is now serving his third term of a three-year presidency as CEO.
According to STAAR’s by-laws the Vice-President is elected and serves a three-year term. The Officer serves the first year as Vice-President, the second year as President and the third year as Past-President. The Secretary and Treasurer are annual general elect positions.
